Please be aware of changes to our clinic policy regarding the resurgence of COVID – 19 cases in Qld.
1. Patients must notify the clinic of any travel plans intrastate, interstate or overseas.
2. When social distancing cannot be achieved, our staff will be wearing a mask. i.e. during ultrasound scans, clinic procedures (OPU and TESA) and embryo transfers. You will also be asked to wear a mask for these appointments (and your partner/support person for embryo transfers).
3. Only patients are permitted into the clinic. Your partner/support person will be asked to wait in the car during any appointment or procedure. The exception to this is, a patient may have 1 partner/support person present for embryo transfers. The partner/support person will be required to wear a mask while in the clinic.
4. Patient appointments will ideally be performed via phone or Skype/Zoom
The team at Fertility Solutions completely understands the frustration and disappointment that you may feel due to the changes we are implementing. We are sensitive to this however, we are required to implement these new measure in an effort to protect you, an unborn baby, our staff and the greater community.
