Our boutique satellite clinic is located in Bundaberg with the main clinic located in Buderim on the Sunshine Coast where we strive to provide our patients and staff with personal, professional care and support. We are committed to supporting our patients on their fertility journey giving them the greatest possible chance of becoming pregnant and having a healthy baby.

As an IVF nurse you will be required to support our patients. The job is emotional, challenging and ultimately fulfilling knowing that you can and do make a difference when caring for our patients.
You will join a small, friendly team of nurses, nurse assistants, doctors, scientists, receptionists and counsellors where staff are our priority and a work-life balance is supported and encouraged.

Experience in fertility nursing is highly desirable with training being provided as necessary. If you have a passion for women’s health; you like to be challenged whilst having fun at work then this could be the job for you. You will be working as an integral member of a team to care for and support our patients and your colleagues.

Your role will include:

• Assisting with clinic-based procedures
• Patient interviews and education – face-to-face, phone and skype consultations
• Coordination of the treatment cycles
• Delivery of results and associated treatment plans
• Education around the use of fertility medications
• Patient guidance and support
• Performing transvaginal ultrasound scans for follicle tracking, intrauterine inseminations and embryo transfers or be willing to be trained in these procedures

The Requirements:

• Current AHPRA Registration
• Experience in IVF, midwifery or women’s health would be advantageous
• Ultrasound experience desirable
• Focus on providing excellent patient care with a caring nature
• Computer literacy & excellent interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and a team player
